First Aid

There is a very well equipped First Aid centre on-site, located to the far right of the stage. It is open at all times across the weekend. Do not hesitate to visit if you or your friends (or strangers) are unwell. The First Aid team are not there to judge or report you, they are there to help get you well as soon as possible. If you have a medical condition you think we should know about, be sure to talk to the First Aid staff when you arrive. You can have any medications you need safely stored here too.

If for some reason you are unable to visit in person, and would like medical and/or welfare support, please visit your nearest Helper Hut, or call/text the Helper Hotline (0430 091 120) – the number is on your wristband.

In a time-critical emergency please dial 000 or 112.

Ambulance Victoria typically are only able to transport emergency life threatening cases to hospital. Each festival, there are a number of people who need to leave for non-urgent medical or welfare reasons. Although our team will do our best to help you organise a ride, we aren’t always able to provide you with one in such situations. So please have a backup plan is place just in case. This might be your onsite designated driver or friends and family who live offsite.

We highly recommend that you have Ambulance Victoria Membership nonetheless, as it may cost you small fortune if you do need emergency hospital transfer and you don’t have cover.
