Here’s some additional information for our Subscribers.
Your history with us is very important, particularly when it comes to The Ballot. The longer you have been a subscriber, the better chance you have of scoring in The Ballot.
So, if you have changed your email address and can no longer access your previous email to update your details, please email Aunty and advise your previous email and your new email. We will update your details. From time to time we also clean the database of inactive subscribers; if you have been inactive for some time and would like to reactivate your account please contact Aunty.
Wherever possible please use the same email address for entering the Ballot and making your ticket purchases each year. Having your history attached to one email account improves your ballot chances. Please contact Aunty if you would like to consolidate your Ballot history.
You can adjust your delivery address via your Supernatural Ticket Centre account. From the Account Details page, scroll down to the Delivery Name and Address heading and edit your address by clicking on the edit icon on the right and entering in your correct address. Your delivery address will be automatically updated for any orders that are yet to be posted to you.
